MY SOMEWHAT COMPREHENSIVE GLANCE AT MY HEALTH, 4/12/17
Dr. Lee , Linda Engle, MSW,
Dr. Bui, et al,
Drs. Boas, Chen
Dr. Yu
Dr. Yu, I may have been premature in telling you of my cold. I feel fine this morning and believe my malaise was actually born of anxiety—my crib has been upset for bedbug spray for a month and it was getting to me. My gout also bloomed while in hospital last month and though lessened continues today.
Drs. Boas, Chen, The changed prescription from Dr. Chen also seems to be working. I have been drinking too much cranberry juice but felt no ill effects. This reminds me of the time about two months ago when I worked on my computer from 8:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. I have not been able to sit up that long with out dizziness for over a year! The gout has kept me grounded for about 3 weeks so this is the first morning I’ve been on the computer recently.
Dr. Bui, et al, I have not been in ER since 3/28/17 for Congestive Heart Failure Exacerbation wherein my lungs fill with liquid that my kidneys cannot process. My goal is to avoid the ER for 2 months. In late 2016 I was at the ER every 5 weeks or so. Currently, I cannot ride my own bike even for one minute as 1st gear tires me out. I ride a stationary bike for 10 minutes on level 4. I was surprised and pleased when you set my goat at riding my own bike again. Quite frankly, I cannot even imagine doing that when I have trouble walking the 2 blocks to the gym. I know I gotta cut down on the cranberry juice but I will follow your instructions to achieve this goal in short order.
Dr. Lee , Linda Engle, MSW, I have an appointment for a second opinion by Dr. Grossman regarding my inability to sleep. This problem began 2 years ago when my schizophrenic brother was arrested and my sister began overloading me with 30 years of pent up grievances against family members. Dr. Yu gave me Xanax (0.5 mg) for anxiety and ½ pill put me to sleep almost immediately. Now I think I have the habit and need 2.5 pills—which may still not let me sleep.
